Jim McNabb

I’ve been hunting waterfowl in the Midwest for over 20 years now. I was very fortunate as a youth to have a father that spent time teaching myself at 4 and my younger brother when old enough, the correct and safe way to enjoy the outdoors. I spent the majority of my youth hunting upland game in Southern Iowa. After my first experience with waterfowl I was intrigued and mesmerized.

Spending time in the field or on the water has kept the fire and passion of hunting strong. My two sons Mitch & Zach and my daughter Alex are all very interested in the outdoors.

Being in business with my younger brother and being able to travel the country hunting with him has been an extreme joy.

Spending time with fellow staff members is a great source of knowledge, sharing strategies, call sounds, scouting and trading secrets. If there are birds in the area, I can be found with my calls, gun or camera hunting, learning, Watching and listening to birds in the air, on the ground, or in the water.

The ultimate thrill of hunting for me is the conversation, strategy, and experience of chasing the Canada goose. I have chased birds through many states and will continue to do so as long as I can.            .

If I’m not in the field, I’m on it.  I enjoy coaching my sons in baseball, playing golf or watching my daughter play the piano. My wife Kelly keeps me busy; thank goodness she knows how much I love hunting.

Dale Fitzgerald

I grew up in central Iowa where I started my waterfowl career as a bird dog for my dad, brothers and Uncle Bob.  My uncle took me duck hunting with him as I got older.  On one of first hunts I can remember we harvested a small Canada, which was very rare to do in the early seventies.  Around home water fowling opportunities were better than upland.  Living very close to Two Rivers, I spent more and more time going duck hunting.  I was very fortunate to live next to a two time Iowa duck calling champion and he aided me in learning how to call and read mallards.  We start our water fowling year off in Minnesota, home to Iowa, Saskatchewan,  Iowa again and then finish out in Missouri.

Due to the delay between duck seasons I started tournament bass fishing, which kept me very busy.  I was fortunate enough to be selected for the Skeeter State Team and the Evinrude Pro Staff.  I also enjoy spending time in the turkey woods in Iowa and Missouri.

Ed Madson

Ed grew up in the Southern Minnesota/Northern Iowa area, and this is where his first love for water fowling began. When Ed was 9 years old he was fortunate enough to go on his first water fowl hunt with a friend of the family. That first hunt was all it took, and now the stage was set for a lifetime of chasing birds. One of Ed’s early memories of water fowling was experiencing his first Migration day while hunting the South Walnut in Minnesota.

Ed then found employment that allowed him to enjoy his favorite pastime and hunt nearly everyday of the season on the sloughs of southern Minnesota. In 1996 Ed moved to Lake Mills Iowa where he found some guys that shared his same obsession. If Ed is not hunting he is thinking about hunting, and scouting, scouting, scouting. Ed’s motto is “give it 100%, because that is what it takes”. Ed’s favorite thing to do is pile up honkers, and George Lynch provides the tools.

Ed has one son, Wyatt, who is 12 years of age. Wyatt has been by his side in the field since he was 5 years old. Ed passed on the tradition of water fowling the day Wyatt shot his first goose at the age of 9. Ed enjoys watching kids enjoy the outdoors, and proves it by dedicating his time to Ducks Unlimited and helps put on one of Iowa’s largest Green Wing events.

Ed currently lives in Lake Mills Iowa and is employed at Winnebago Industries in Forest City Iowa.

Tim Ulrici

I grew up in central Illinois cutting my teeth on deer and dove.  The "sickness" began at age 13. I was introduced to big greenheads and giant Canada geese.  At the age of 16 I found myself spending a lot of time at Carlyle WMA.  I have, in the past two years, started hunting at the famed Horseshoe Lake in Olive Branch IL.  Hearing the old timer’s stories about Horseshoe has since changed my focus from all waterfowl to Canada geese.  Stories were told of 250,000 plus geese in the air,  and there were still birds on the lake.  Lying out in a crop field and working waterfowl is the ultimate rush.  From September to January, I am in a full tilt "FOWL" mood and the only cure is a finisher and an Executioner.  I have blown a lot of different calls, but when I got the Executioner, it took calling to a new level.  When the Executioner comes out the honkers tie there own nooses.

Jeramy Marean

My name is Jeramy Marean, I have been hunting waterfowl in central Iowa for as long as I can remember. I introduced to hunting by my father and grandfather who are still both very avid waterfowl hunters. I have owned and operated my own guide service for 9 years, which is called River Bottom Guide service located in Waukee, IA.
Being asked to join the Lynch Mob family was a perfect fit. With the knowledge of waterfowl hunting, scouting and calling everything has been great. George and all the other staff members are the real deal. Being a part of the pro staff on one of the leading call manufactures is a dream come true. When I'm not in the field, I am spending time with my wife Janine and daughters Hailey and Morgan.

Chris Seiler

Chris was born and raised in the small central Iowa town of Madrid. Since his first upland trip afield with his uncle and his dog "Odie" at age 12, he has been an avid outdoorsman. After a few years of upland hunting, Chris cut his teeth on the abundant wood duck population in the backwaters of "Jack's Slough". "I can remember it like it was yesterday. It was my first real taste of what waterfowling had to offer. Those little ducks screaming through the trees got me hooked."

As the years progressed, Chris earned a degree in Management from Iowa State University where he continued his passion in the waterfowl arena. With his first yellow lab, Tyler, by his side they learned the ropes of waterfowling. "College let me network with some great people that really opened up my eyes to the sport of waterfowling. These relationships that were built in the field chasing ducks and geese are ones that last a lifetime."

After college, Chris pursed his love of the outdoors in the retail hunting industry and has worked for a couple of prominate retail chains. This is where he was turned on to Lynch Mob Calls. "The first time I layed my hands on a Lynch Mob call I knew that these calls had great potential. The rich sounds and quality craftmanship spoke for themselves. After seeing it in the feild, I know these calls have what it takes to hang'em low."

Outside of work and waterfowling, you may find Chris on an area lake ice fishing or chasing that old tom in the spring turkey woods.

Zach Bivins

My name is Zach Bivins, I am 21 years old born and raised in Onsted Michigan. I have been exposed to hunting, fishing and trapping ever since I was very young . All this exposure to the outdoors grew on me and now 21 years later has become an addiction and way of life for me. About 5 years ago is was  introduced to the short reed goose call, and furthered my pursuit to mimic the giant local honkers of southern Michigan and it also opened a door as a release for my competitive nature to contest calling.

Ethan Sparks

My name is Ethan Sparks, and I am a native Iowan, I started hunting at the age of five. My first weapon of choice was a BB gun. At the age of nine a close family friend introduced me to waterfowl hunting, and I have been hooked ever since. I have competed in a few calling contests. At my first contest in 2004 I received a second place award at Sportsman’s Warehouse in Ankeny, and was the 2004 Iowa State Fair duck calling champion. I am on our local DU chapter committee, and have helped plan and worked at the banquet the last three years.

I love the outdoors and I love to hunt! Besides waterfowl, I hunt whitetail deer, turkey, elk, mule deer, and most recently buffalo. I also run a trap line. I am a freshman in high school and enjoy participating in baseball, track, and football. I am home schooled which allows me more time for hunting and being outdoors. For me there is nothing like watching the sun come up over a marsh or field while out with a group of friends, just enjoying God’s creation and each others company, while calling in some ducks or honkers.

Ridge Nelson

From an early age Ridge has gone hunting with his father until he was old enough to carry a gun himself. Tom, Ridge’s father, introduced him to the outdoors and hunting when he took Ridge bow hunting with him at four. At eight Ridge shot his first duck, and in the same fall his first deer, since then Ridge has grown has an outdoorsman and person by being a responsible, and ethical hunter. There are many aspects that keep Ridge interested in hunting but the most prominent one is being able to completely absorb nature’s beauty through the outdoors and the field sports, whether it be ducks lighting into decoys or gobbling spring turkeys. Ridge was first introduced to hunting in the river bottoms surrounding Squaw Creek National Wildlife Refuge. This area is very rich in game including Whitetail Deer, Turkey, Upland Birds, and Waterfowl. He primarily hunts Waterfowl and Deer around Squaw Creek but has hunted in other parts of the country too. As well as being a proud part of team Lynch Mob he is also on the Avery Youth Field Staff. Hang’em Low!!

Matt Zweifel

Matt has always been in the outdoors, whether it is fishing, camping or hunting. He started out as a fisherman at an early age, but soon got very intrested in hunting. He first began hunting small game, like squirrels and rabbits, but soon developed an intrest in wingshooting, which led him in the direction of waterfowl. Shortly after, he shot his first greenhead and has had the "disease" ever since.

He enjoys all aspects of waterfowling including, working with dogs, setting up the decoys and most importantly the calling, but he especially likes the anticipation of waiting on the next flock. Living in Kansas, Matt has had the opprotunity to hunt many species of wildlife along with the chance to hunt around many great people. He has also had the chance to hunt alot of neat places in Kansas, but doesnt mind chasing the birds through other flyways either. His favorite way to hunt those giant resident canadas, is corn fields and loafing ponds, but also loves chasing those late season greenheads through cattail ponds and shallow water sloughs. When he isnt practicing calling or scouting for next years honey hole, Matt is also an avid trap and skeet shooter, which keeps him going when waterfowl season is closed. Matt is proud to be a part of Lynch Mob Calls and cant wait to see what the future has in store.

Matt Loomis

Matt was born and raised in the small northwestern Pennsylvania town of Warren.  Matt’s hunting career began at about the age of seven as he started following his dad and his buddies as they chased rabbits and pheasants with beagles.  He then started shooting trap and skeet also at the age of seven.  He still loves smashing the clays as he participates in many shoots around the area including the state shoot in Elysburg, Pennsylvania.

Matt started duck hunting in 1998 while floating a local creek in a john boat pass shooting and jumping ducks.  After that Matt and his dad made two dozen plywood goose silhouettes and he has been hooked ever since.  Now Matt has a trailer full of dozens of decoys and blinds, which he takes to each and every hunt.  You can’t keep him out of the goose fields now.  He spends a lot of time scouting and talking to farmers to find just the right spot to slam the geese and ducks.  He even takes the time to teach the younger generation just what goose and duck hunting is all about.

Two years ago Matt along with his son Hunter met his loving and understanding wife and her two daughters Brooklynn and Alexandria.  Five months ago they added to their family with the birth of their son Connor.  Matt has a very busy life but his wife understands his love for waterfowl and totally supports his hunting addiction.

Mark Hackbarth

Mark Hackbarth, 21, was born and raised hunting the fowl rich metro area of Minnesota.   His passion for waterfowling started at age 12 and 'grows every year' he says.   'Being able to hunt from giant Canada's and Mallard's to Richardson's and Ring Bill's, there's plenty to keep thing's interesting throughout the season.'   Mark spends most of his time in Minnesota hunting as a part time guide and with friends and family, but also travels to North and South Dakota chasing the flight.   Aside from just hunting, Mark also gets out with the camera taking photo's and writes for different waterfowl projects.  He currently still resides in Minnesota working in Marketing and looking to accomplish a degree in Business Management and Marketing.

Mark has also been advancing on the competition stage recently winning his first championship.   Ever since he was able to make a note on a call he has had an addiction for mimicking ducks and geese.   'There's something about having an entire flock key in on every sound you make, lock up, and come in on a string; it's calls like these that make that happen.'   Going into his third competition season this year, her is excited to see what he can do with his Lynch Mob Call's and we are excited to have him on board.

Kelcey Derrick

Kelcey Derrick grew up in central Oregon.  His start in hunting was at age ten chasing chukars all around eastern Oregon with his father.  A year later, his best friend introduced him to waterfowling.  This fueled an undying passion to hunt ducks and geese wherever and whenever he could.  At age 16 his family moved to Idaho, where he received plenty of river time hunting and fishing along the banks of the Snake River.  Now days, Kelcey can be found in layout blinds along the rivers or in fields throughout the great northwest.

Kelcey is proud of his wonderful family.  His wife Lindsey also enjoys the outdoors and took her first deer last fall.  Hunter (6), Kelcey’s oldest son, is growing up hunting and fishing with his father.  His younger son Mason (3), spends most of his time playing outside, and can’t wait to go hunting with the rest of the family.

Kelcey is excited about the opportunity to work with Lynch Mob Calls. Not only is he pleased with the results that these calls bring day in and day out, but he is also happy with the chance to help other waterfowlers improve their success in the field.

Justin Reynolds

My name is Jusitn Reynolds.  I was born and raised in Central Illinois.  I was introduced to hunting at the age of 14 and since it has became my life.  I spend most of my hunting days at our local lake killing ducks and geese, but I also enjoy the thrill of Carlyle Lake and Southern Illinois.  There is something about waterfowling that really gets me pumped up.  I don't know if it is the giant Greenheads or the Canadians, but all I know is that it gets my blood pumping.  There is nothing like calling in a flock of ducks or geese and seeing them put their feet down.  If that doesn't get your heart going then I don't know what would.

Cory Johnson

Cory Johnson is 19 years old and resides in the small town of Fulton, in the farming rich region of southwest Kentucky. This area is in close proximity to the Mississippi River, where millions of migrating ducks and geese pass through each year. Southwest Kentucky is also home to the famed Kentucky Lake and is not far from Reelfoot Lake, where both offer great hunting opportunities.

He has been a waterfowl extremist for the past ten years. His main concentration has been hunting ducks and geese in the Mississippi Alluvial Valley in western Kentucky. His favorite hunting method is hunting over large decoy spreads in flooded grain fields, but he will do whatever it takes to put birds in the bag. From pits, layout blinds, or standing in flooded timber, his favorite anticipation is watching ducks and geese respond to the Lynch Mob Calls. Cory has always had an interest in the conservation and preservation of our pastime and constantly demands an ethical treatment of all game species.

Cory recently graduated  from high school and will attend the University of Tennessee at Martin in the fall of 2008. He plans to get a B.S. Degree in Agriculture Business. This will allow him to continue hunting close to home while achieving the education he desires. After college he would like to pursue a career in an agriculturally related field.

If Cory isn’t hunting you will probably find him close to home. He enjoys spending time with family and friends. In the summer he enjoys wakeboarding and barefoot skiing. He also has a growing interest in photography and graphic design.

Seth Hamilton

Seth Hamilton was raised in the small town of Hopkinton, Massachusetts. From an early age Seth showed signs of the addiction, begging his father for days off of school so he could tag along. It didn’t matter that he was too young to carry a gun, he wanted to be in the hunt. Thanks to his father's passion for hunting, Seth was able to accompany him on many outings. Seth actually harvested his first archery buck at the age of twelve. Seth discovered duck hunting in his early teens by jump shooting woodies from the brooks near his home. From there he found out what true waterfowling was, wings cupped, feet down, committing to the decoys and the call.

Hunting and the outdoors has become his way of life. If there is a season, he’ll be out there plugging away, hot, cold, wind, rain, sleet, hail…you get the point. It doesn’t matter; his love for the sport keeps him in the game no matter what. Seth especially loves those early season honkers in the cut corn. He also enjoys walk-ins to secluded sloughs for the mallards, blacks, and woodies that frequent the northeast.

When Seth isn’t waterfowling he can often be found in a tree stand looking to arrow a nice buck or sitting over one of his bear baits waiting for a huge bruin to show, often with his father by his side. What ever the season, Seth lives by the motto: Hunting is NOT a hobby, it’s a way of life.

Seth currently works as an EMT in the Boston area and lives in Norwood, Massachusetts with his fiancée, Elaina.

Lance Nations

My name is Lance Nations and I was born and raised in the swamp bottoms of MS. This is where hunting in general took off for me. I learned how to hunt deer and turkey and small game but it was not until 8 years ago when I fell into the pot holes of waterfowl. After moving to Arkansas at 12 years old I continue to deer hunt as well as other game the area has to offer. All through School I played sports and never had time for much but deer hunting but soon after I was out is when it all hit me. My very first duck hunt was the best hunt I have had even today. Myself and a good buddy who passed in Dec. 07 had gone out to try it. We borrowed decoys and had a drake whistle. never hunting ducks before we really had no idea what monsters we had just created. I may never have a hunt like we did on that day. Since then I have graduated to a very well rounded waterfowl hunter. I love traveling to new places and meeting new people to learn and enjoy the different things i have from others. I find myself each year hunting 3 to 4 different states just to enjoy the different places and areas we have here to hunt. Now at 27 years old I'm proud to have it in the Lynch Mob family and able to blow such a elite call. The guys I have meet with them and through them are truly very kind and knowledgeable about what they do and that is "hang em low".

Brian Donovan

Brian made his first duck hunt on Matagorda Island at the age of ten and his fate was instantly sealed as a lifelong waterfowler.

Introduced at an early age to the conservation ethic, Brian has taken an active interest in helping conserve North America’s wetland resources. In 1998, he founded the Frisco, Texas chapter of Ducks Unlimited. Since the chapter’s founding, Frisco Ducks Unlimited has raised more than $830,000 and made appearances on the DU President’s List of the top 100 chapters in the nation. At the chapter’s 10th Anniversary dinner in August of 2007, Brian fulfilled a dream by becoming a Ducks Unlimited Life Sponsor. His contribution will work to protect the expansive wetlands and rich biodiversity of Texas through DU’s Texas CARE program.

Spending fifty or more days in the field each season chasing ducks, Brian has become a walk-in public hunting specialist on the reservoirs surrounding Dallas. Intense hunting pressure is part and parcel to hunting the DFW area, necessitating a highly mobile style of hunting that may put him in a dozen or more spots on a single lake over the course of a season. Those challenging conditions are just another layer of excitement for Brian day in and day out as he scouts and hunts hard for straps full of green.
