LMC MOB SQUAD

George Lynch |
George Lynch 46, grew up in Southern Michigan hunting and fishing all his life. Also from an early age his father took the time to teach him every competitive sport that would fit into their schedules. George learning this competitive spirit from an early age, wanting and striving to be the best carried with him throughout his life. This continuous drive and desire for excellence of winning and being a part of a winning team is why George is proud to be part of the Avery Pro Staff.
In the year 2000 this competitive drive helped him win the title of Michigan State Goose calling Champion, his first ever calling contest. Always looking for something better is the reason George developed his own line of calls named Lynch Mob Calls. A nickname given to him earlier in his career by a neighboring Ohioan named Fred Zink, who he had worked with in a guiding operation in southern Michigan.
The call business has given him many opportunities to travel and hunt all over the country as well as Canada and to meet fellow hunters from all over. He has judged many large sanctioned calling contests as well as doing goose calling and hunting seminars for large companies such as Sportsmans Warehouse, Cabelas, and Gander Mountain. His goose hunts have been shown in many newspaper articles, magazines, along with doing TV shows.
George is a serious waterfowler along with Turkey and Bowhunting Deer. In 2004 he co-partnered in a guide service running Whitetail hunts in Iowa where his clients killed many world class animals. He also did a TV show with John Risinger and Matt Moore called Closing the Distance, with Matt killing 148” 8 point on the first day of the hunt on a piece of property George discovered only 2 days prior.
George has 3 children Brooke who is 21 a college student, studying to become a teacher. Adam who is 19 is a student at Evangel University in Springfield MO. Studying to become a minister. Adam is also playing baseball for EU and is starting as a freshman. Lauren who is 15 goes to Lenawee Christian High School and enjoys playing Volleyball.
George strongly believes that family should be a main priority in our lives, and instilling good morals and honest ethics along with strong character is obtained through example. George believes it is the same for our future young hunters that are starting today. He believes we as respected and seasoned hunters should set the benchmark as to why we hunt and to respect all game laws. He believes that this type of professionalism to our sport and game laws is a key essential to managing our resources.
One of George’s goals is to produce instructional videos that can teach young and old alike on the true professionalism of our sport. |

Adam Lynch |
My passion for hunting started at an early age, which was developed by spending time with dad. As a kid I grew up chasing Canada’s with him, and have been obsessed ever since. Dad has taught me a lot about hunting, anywhere from whitetails in October, gobblers in the spring, or knocking down honkers in September. I love bow hunting whitetails, but there is just something thrilling about goose hunting. I graduated from Spring Arbor University in Michigan where I received a degree in Pastoral Ministry. I currently work as a pastor to college students at a few local colleges, as well as call tuner, box shipper, coffee maker, and pro-staff manager for LMC. These are exciting times here at LMC, and I am glad to be a part of it!

Curt McNabb |
Curt’s
dad is to blame for creating a monster.
Curt started hunting at the age of 5 with
his dad and brother. He used to carry a
stick as his gun, and then graduated to
a BB gun and then a 4-10 and so on. He has
always been interested in the outdoors,
to him there is nothing better than watching
a flock of hungry ducks or geese dropping
into a field. He typically starts in Minnesota
early, then hunts Iowa, then Northern Missouri
as the season goes on, but he can’t
ever turn those trips down to Saskatchewan
or Manitoba. He loves traveling around and
visiting with other hunters giving some
of his knowledge and receiving new tips
and tricks. “You’re never too
old to learn something new.” Curt
is currently also on the Avery Pro Staff.
Besides hunting, Curt also enjoys playing
baseball still and fishing. Hang Em Low
& Hit Em Hard!

Jeremy Abbas |
Chasing
birds, from his first duck harvest 25 years
ago at the age of 7 that is what’s
been going on. Starting his lifelong passion
on the small marshes of Hancock County with
his brother Jason and his dad is where it
all began. Even after sinking the boat during
a tornado on his first hunt, the need to
get under every duck and goose he could
would not be dashed. Jeremy grew up in Kanawha,
Iowa where he attended school thru graduation.
He then attended Iowa Central Community
College in Fort Dodge Iowa where he majored
in Law Enforcement while playing 2 years
of college baseball. After school Jeremy
was hired on with a security service where
he worked for 5 years. Knowing he needed
more time to get to the blind a career change
was in order. Jeremy is currently employeed
as a Supervisor with Winnebago Industries
in Forest City Iowa.
Jeremy starts his waterfowl season every
year in Saskatchewan Canada and hunts multiple
areas in the Mississippi Flyway during the
season. The cornfields of Iowa is where
most of Jeremy’s action takes place,
and where he calls home, but has been fortunate
to hunt in many other areas where he has
met some of the nicest folks in the industry.
Jeremy is also very excited to be a Pro-Staff
member of Avery Outdoors/GHG and feels he
has found a home at LYNCH MOB CALLS.
Some of Jeremy’s passions within the
industry include serving on his local Ducks
Unlimited Board, the pastime of Taxidermy,
and the exciting life of becoming a photographer,
which is one of the roles he takes on with
Avery Outdoors. As well as working the many
waterfowl shows while representing Avery/GHG,
and talking with the many folks while doing
seminars and product demonstrations. Along
with that he enjoys training his hunting
dogs and spending time with his two young
sons in the outdoors.
Jeremy resides on an acreage outside of
Clarion Iowa with his wife of 8 years Sara,
and their two young sons, Tanner 7, and
Reed 4.

Todd Vande Noord |
Born and raised in Iowa, Todd has always had the itch to get outdoors. He would have to blame his father for instilling the love of the outdoors in him. He started hunting as soon as he could walk and at the age of 8 he shot his first greenhead. Since then, he has worked relentlessly to understand the quarry he pursues. Deer, turkey, and pheasant hunting is hard to pass up but he has a true passion for waterfowling. He especially enjoys hunting with his family and friends. Todd has hunted several states but he usually starts the early season in Minnesota, then hunts his home state of Iowa, and ends the season in Missouri. If time allows he will try to make a trip to one of the provinces up north. In the off-season he enjoys spending time with his wife Jill, bass fishing, and playing baseball.

Michael Weiss |
Michael grew up in south central Illinois . He started hunting at the age of 12 chasing all types of game. At the age of 13 Michael went on his first duck hunt with a family friend and has had the “disease” ever since! This passion for ducks, geese and the outdoors drove Michael to study Biology/Botany at Western Illinois University were he graduated in the spring of 2004. He has had the opportunity to hunt some of the best areas throughout the state including: Southern Illinois , Carlyle, Historic duck hunting locations along the Illinois River , Canton , Pool 19, and around Macomb , IL during college. Not to mention Arkansas , North Dakota , and Saskatchewan , Canada .
Michael's main type of hunting involves the use of layout blinds hunting in dry crop fields or sheet water for ducks and geese. He especially guns for the true giant Canada geese that winter in the area.
All of the experiences and learning through trail and error led Michael to a spot on the Avery Outdoors Pro-Staff. Being a part of this wonderful experience he has had the opportunity to meet some of the best in the business and make many new, great friends, something he would not trade for the world! One of those people was Curt McNabb and he introduced Michael to Lynch Mob Calls. Michael fell in love with the ease, but most importantly was overall control and realism!!!
Michael has always said:
“The call has to be functional, easy to blow, and most importantly...sound like a goose...period! Those are the quintessential points to any GREAT goose call…and there aren't many, but these calls have ‘IT'!
Michael is very proud to be part of the Lynch Mob Calls Pro-Staff and looks forward to the opportunities to come, people to meet, and times shared with friends in the field using Lynch Mob Calls.
“Good Luck and Hang ‘Em Low boys!!!

Jim Foster
|
My name is Jim Foster, I am 34 years old I've been married to my wife Shelly for 10 years. We are the parents of twin 3 year old boys, Cory and Hunter I've been hunting for the past 20 plus years. I have been a steel fabricator for the past 12 years at a local company and more recently a professional waterfowl guide for one of the largest outfitters in the Northwest, Pacific Wings Waterfowl Adventures.
My first waterfowl hunt was an early season Teal hunt when I was 12 and I've been hooked ever since. I was born and raised in Eastern Washington and have been able to take advantage of all the hunting opportunities of the wonderful Columbia Basin. In the late 90's I started turning wood calls for buddies in my garage, but as demand became higher I invested in a local machine shop to start turning them out of acrylic and delrin. I marketed them locally for a few years, but soon discovered I had turned my passion into a job and sold the design to a friend in Utah, no regrets I enjoy the additional time I now have to spend in the field, and with my family.
I recently started blowing the Lynch Mob Executioner and it soon became my go-to-call. Here in the basin we have a huge population of Lesser Canadas that can't seem to get enough of this call.

Jeff Gudenkauf
|
Jeff was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. By 4 he was taking cuts at the local golf course with his father, by 8, dropping pheasants in the CRP and fence lines of his grandparent’s farm with his father and brother, but it wasn’t until he was 13 that he was introduced to waterfowling by his older brother, who, at the time, was also a novice.
Waterfowling became a love in high school which developed into a flat out addiction by college. Jeff attended the University of Northern Iowa where he divided his time between obtaining his degree in Business Administration, as a member of the Men’s Golf Team, and chasing his passion in the fields and marshes of Iowa.
Jeff grew up walk-in hunting at small public areas around eastern Iowa. As he learned, mostly by trial and error, he began to hunting out of smaller, layout type boats which enabled him to “get away from the crowds”, and provided the opportunity to work birds with a call. As the pressure of the marshes has increased over the years, he has begun chasing birds in dry grain fields around the state.
Jeff is now working as an insurance agent in Waterloo/Cedar Falls, Iowa. He maintains the same passions he’s had his entire life: golf and hunting. He thoroughly enjoys chasing anything that will react to a call: ducks, geese and turkey as well as running his 9 year old Lab through the CRP fields of east central Iowa. But he has yet to find anything that trumps the sight of ducks and geese cupped and committed over a decoy spread. After 13 seasons, he still loves to sit and talk with friends and strangers alike about the sights, sounds and stories of the field.

Steve Pascoe

Born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, yes I am a "Yooper." I am a 39-year-old father of three children with a loving wife. I am a Marine Corps and Air Force veteran with total service time of 11 years.
In 1991, I returned to waterfowling and really found it to become an obsession in 1994. I was an avid bow hunter and gun hunter, not missing any days in the stand, however, when the goose and duck hunting bug bit that was all over. Oh, I still spend sometime hunting big game, but I do sit there wondering how the geese and ducks are flying.
My nickname is "Moses." I can say it is an honor to have such a nickname. The nickname was given to me by a group of my friends who I have known for years. I had take them goose hunting in the U.P. and we limited out for five days straight at 12 birds a day and we had a total of 6 bands and 1 reward band on a goose to count. They told me I had lead them to the promise land. If you are a Yooper like me you would know the value in the statement of being in the U.P and how much it really is the promise land.
Giving back to the sport that has given so much to me, I have been a Ducks Unlimited committee and MC of ceremonies for the past 6 years with the Van Buren County Paw Paw Chapter. I have recently been recruited by Delta Waterfowl in Kalamazoo County to help with their upcoming events. I have worked as a volunteer DNR hunter safety instructor and believe that children are our future. I have made a mission to take first timers hunting. I believe we need to preserve our sport by introducing it to as many people as we can.
It was refreshing to meet a guy like George Lynch. As a member of the leading law enforcement agency in the State of Michigan, it is necessary that the people I associate with are law abiding, honest and made up of sound moral fiber. I know the name Lynch Mob brings up different thoughts, but Lynch is the real deal and a heck-of-a-good man.
Good luck and good hunting and May the wind be at your back and the birds in your face. |

I grew up in the small town of Greenville enjoying deer and pheasant hunting as a young lad. While in high school I was introduced to the world of waterfowling and never looked back. I now live in the Kalamazoo area of Michigan, enjoying goose and duck hunting every chance I get. I am forunate that I am able to hunt on a regular basis with some good friends that are just as passionate as I about waterfowling. I currently have two black labs, Angus and Tolee. I enjoy videography and video editing almost as much as I enjoy the hunt itself. Our group is forunate to be able to hunt in alot of different places, so getting great video footage is a must in my eyes. I was able to meet George through my good friend and was able to see that he is very passionate about hunting. We have become good friends and I enjoy learning different tatics and call methods each time we meet.

Andy Parker

I was born in Missouri, but moved to Northern Utah at the age of four. I started waterfowl hunting at the age of twelve with my dad. He gave me my start in the outdoors, something that we as hunters need to pass on to the next generation. I have been guiding waterfowl hunts for the past 22 years, I got my start guiding waterfowl hunts through a friend who was a guide and needed some help on a hunt or two. I then moved to private club guiding and running my own hunts on the side. Things soon got very busy, and full time guiding for myself took on a life of it's own. Utah has never been known as a "hot spot" for waterfowl hunting, but recently heads are turning out west and lots of folks are experiencing the wonderful waterfowl hunting that Utah marshes have been producing for decades.
I also Outfit hunters for big game, species include: Mule deer, Elk and Moose. Utah is certainly not a sleeper for those species, having guided many hunters to record book animals in archery, muzzle-loader, and rifle categories.
Turkey hunting is also a passion of mine. I have guided limited entry turkey tag draw hunters, April-May, every spring for the past 7 years. The 2010 season being Utah's first over the counter turkey hunt ever, indicating the wonderful job of the Utah DWR and conservation groups in transplanting and managing these wonderful game birds into a hunt that everyone can participate in.
Fly fishing keeps me busy for the summer months. Guiding fishermen for different species in different locations is a grand summertime passion that fills the void left in those months closed to hunting, and has taken me all over this great nation in the pursuit of various game fish, Steelhead being my favorite.
I met George for the first time this fall after many phone calls, and we hit it off quickly. I have been playing with and blowing my own prototype and home made calls for 15 years. Working with George on some new ideas has been fun and exciting. Blowing well made, custom calls from Lynch Mob calls definitely takes your game to the next level. Staying one step in front of the rest of the hunters is the most important advantage a public marsh guide/hunter can have.

Justin Downs
|
My name is Justin Downs, I am 23 years old from Lothian, Md. I spend over 90+ days a year chasing waterfowl throughout Maryland, Deleware and Virginia. My father introduced me to hunting at the age of 6. From that first hunt I knew That i had found my passion. I strive to better myself in the field day in and day out learning new ways to adapt to the heavy hunting preasures throughout the east coast. To consistantly kill birds you have to be willing to adapt and try new things to fool the canada geese and ducks being hunted so heavily. But there are some constants, one of which is a quality call. This is why i became part of Lynch Mob Calls. You cant beat the quality whether your in the field or on the stage. Outside of Waterfowl hunting I also enjoy chasing large whitetails in the Fall, Turkey and Trophy Stripers on the Chesapeake Bay in the spring and spending time with family and friends.

Josh Middleton 21, I grew up in Defiance MO. I’ve been hooked on every type of waterfowl hunting as soon as I saw a group of geese land in my backyard for the first time, and I was 8. Now I hunt every waterfowl season, all 100+ days; rain, shine, sleet or snow. I’ve been a waterfowl guide for 5 years and I’m the caretaker during the off season at Belleau Farms. To me, the best thing about waterfowl hunting is meeting and getting to know new hunters, teaching and guiding youth and sharing stories with people who love hunting as much as I do. Also, it’s relaxing to get away from the city lights and reality. Lynch Mob Calls have been my go to calls for ducks and geese for the last couple years. I get nothing but compliments on calls. Being out on the field and having an awesome, successful hunt; is the best feeling in the world. Good luck hunting, and be safe!

Jake Huff
|
Jake's passion for the outdoors began while squirrel hunting in southern Indiana with his grandfather, Dave. His grandfather taught him to respect the sport of hunting, other hunters, and the animals he was pursuing. Living in central Indiana he did not have large forests in my back yard, so the squirrel hunting as well as deer and turkey hunting he could only do while visiting his grandparents. So he began looking for other options and was fortunate enough to have many fields, farm ponds, and rivers nearby that held ducks and geese all year. So he started researching waterfowl hunting, as well as calling them. Not having the luxury of knowing someone who hunted ducks and geese, he had to teach himself. Learning to call was extremely tough but this was a challenge he grew to really enjoy and later led him to calling competitions. He has been hunting waterfowl for over 9 years now and has been calling competitively for more than 6 years. Jake travels all around the mid-west during the off season, meeting new people who share the same passion and doing his best to get children involved in the outdoors and the great sport of hunting.

Born and raised in Middletown, Ohio. Grew up hunting and fishing the southwestern Ohio area. My Grandpa introduced me to hunting squirrels when I was fairly young. Most of the time spent with my Grandpa however was fishing for Crappies. In my teen years I turned my sights on archery and deer hunting. Indoor 300 leagues and tournaments, field archery, and 3D shooting. My buddies and I done it all. Two years after graduating High School I entered the military(Air force), Which slowed my hunting down considerably. Fortunately I was stationed in Florida were I was able to lots and lots of fishing. When I returned back to Ohio it wasn’t long before I bought my first bird dog and started wing shooting. Shortly after that it all happened. A good friend of mine whom I went thru school with and hunted introduced me to waterfowling. Man I was hooked! We hunted around southwest Ohio for a while and then I made my first trip to Grassy Lake. If you’re not familiar with Grassy Lake hunting club in Southern Illinois let me tell about it. They had so many goose decoys and pit blinds they called it the black hole! This is where I heard the most amazing goose calling! It blew my mind! It was then that set me in motion to become a better goose caller. I wanted to be the best of my hunting groups back home. I wanted to sound like those guys did. Since then it’s been fun. I’ve had the opportunity to hunt all around some great spots. Meet some of the greatest people I have ever met. Including legends in the waterfowling industry to average guys like myself. I can’t wait to pass along the waterfowling experience to my daughters Madison who is seven and Nathalie six. It is my goal to still become an ever better caller and win more contests. While helping promote waterfowling for the now and future generations.

I grew up in southern Michigan and began hunting with my dad as far back as I can remember. I carried a bb gun in the field with him until my 12th birthday, when I upgraded to a single shot 20 gauge. My first couple years of hunting were spent mostly chasing ducks, geese and pheasants. I shot my first turkey when I was 13 and became hooked on turkey hunting. I quickly became obsessed with hunting just about every critter I could chase. My mom always told my dad that he created a monster. Waterfowl hunting has always been my bread and butter. I just can’t seem to get enough of it.
After I graduated high school I spent some time out west in Montana and Colorado where I fell in love with Elk hunting, specifically with a stick and string. I guided backcountry hunts for a while, and then took a job guiding fishermen and waterfowl hunters in Alaska. I decided I needed to finish school so I completed my degree in Wildlife Management at Central Michigan University. Shortly after graduating I took a job with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department as a habitat biologist. I now reside in Torrington, Wyoming where I spend every waking moment chasing ducks and geese.
